I have 5 large dogs, and they are active. The collar is as good as it can be...I read others who say it broke right away but ours have lasted years. One did break, but only after my dogs played hard and it snapped off. I am buying 4 more. They get smelly after years of use. Otherwise, we couldn't live without our containment system!!!

The clasp locks so it is impossible to remove it from our dog without unthreading the collar, making it ineffective. The rest of the system seems to work well, but the collar is really difficult to manage and we need to replace it although it is new.

THE 1st TIME THE COLLAR WAS USED THE DOG LOST THE BC-103 DUE TO CHEAP FASTENER.WHEN FOUND THE COLLAR IT WAS MISSING THE 'MALE'HALF OF THE FASTENER. THE REPLACEMENT COLLAR COSTS [...].....WHAT A RIPOFF!!!GUESS MY SHITZU WILL JUST HAVE TO KEEP BARKING !!
