About PetSafe
We at PetSafe are a company of pet lovers. We literally bring our dogs to work every day, (sadly, our cats seem to prefer staying at home). We design all of our products with our own pets in mind. Contribution and Outreach
We receive some rewards for the work we do, and we believe it is important to give back and make a contribution to our community. We do this in some really cool and really big ways from our public dog parks, mentoring first generation collage students, to our efforts to make Knoxville the Pet Friendliest Community in the U.S., and more. Our values
Many companies have values but we live ours everyday. Our values hang on the walls of our conferences rooms (which are all named after pets, how fun is that?). It’s almost impossible to spend a day at PetSafe and not hear and see our values in action. Come visit us sometime (10427 Electric Avenue, Knoxville, Tennessee) and we will show you.
Leadership
Where does such a great culture come from? He would never take the credit for it but he has certainly had a lot to do with it – our culture is fostered and protected by everyone but it began with Randy Boyd, our CEO. Randy is about the nicest guy you’ll ever meet and his passion for our company, our people, our pets, and products, really shines through.
