Our community needs a PetSafe dog park!

Cookeville/Putnam County needs and would love a PetSafe Dog Park! We have purchased 10 acres for a P.E.T. Care Campus which includes a new Animal Shelter currently under construction, an education center and a small animal disaster rescue facility. We have the perfect area designated for a Dog Park and thanks to the Roger & Marion Moore Trust, we have annual $ for maintenance for this park! This Dog Park would be the first off-leash park in the 13 county Upper Cumberland. VOTE, VOTE, VOTE! WOOF!

A pet safe dog park would be wonderful for our community. It would be the perfect place to host educational seminars about responsible pet ownership and that would better the lives of the pets in our communities!

The Friends of C/PC animals have done a great job putting all this together! Toni (Director of Cityscape, a MAJOR asset to our city) is right on! Folks, let's get the votes out to get into the finals where all the wonderful things about our city really count! Vote, get all your friends to vote (remember, you can vote twice each day). I did have one friend who asked if he could bring his cat...hhhmmm
