Andrick and Faith

By Andrick Buggs, PetSafe Video Coordinator

Christmas is only a few days away (two, to be exact) and that has me thinking about all the presents under my tree at home. As much as I love unwrapping my gifts, I love watching my friends and family’s faces when I find just the right present for them. I’m lucky to work at a company that embodies this same spirit.

At PetSafe, we believe in our pets and our products. Even more than that, we believe in our people – both our associates, our customers, and our community. We do our best to give back throughout the year, but make sure you check back on Christmas (two days, remember!) to see what we’re doing to celebrate the holiday this year.

A few years ago, we started our community outreach efforts at our home in Knoxville by committing the funds for six dog parks and an Animal Village, which includes an adoption center, spay and neuter clinic, and a day care center. Lately, we have expanded our efforts across the nation and world. Watch this video below to learn about what we are doing, and look for the second annual Bark for your Park contest kick-off coming soon.

How do you think PetSafe is doing with our community efforts? Let us know what you think in the comments below!

Andrick is originally a native of Memphis, TN and serves as PetSafe’s Video Coordinator. He is currently studying Video Production at Pellissippi State Community College. At PetSafe, Andrick is responsible for coordinating all of our videos ranging from products to philanthropic efforts. His job at PetSafe has played a bigger role in Andrick’s life than he expected. A Chihuahua-Corgi mix Faith introduced him to her owner and another PetSafe associate, Sara. Now, Andrick has adopted Faith as his own furry child and married Sara! PetSafe can now add finding love to our long list of accomplishments.
