My question – My Neighbor has a pacemaker. I want to know if there is any risk of the wireless fence interfering with the operation of his pacemaker? This is important to us and naturally to his health.
    Thanks

Hi Greg. Your wireless fence will have a range of up to 3/4 of an acre, depending on the system you choose. The signal will be contained to your yard.

Does the Elite Little Dog In-Ground Fence System have to be installed as a closed loop, or can the buried wire be used in separate multiple straight line locations (e.g., along a fence) with natural boundaries for containment (e.g., a wall or house)at each end of the run?

    • Sarah Folmar says:

Hi John. That is a great question! There are a few ways to make something like this possible, but the end result is that you will have a closed loop. There is a way to twist wire to cancel the signal in certain parts of your yard, but it is a bit tricky to explain in writing. Our helpful Customer Care experts would be happy to walk you through how to do something like this, and they can be reached at 1-800-732-2677 M-F 8a-8p or Saturday 9-5, EST. We hope to hear from you soon!

I have the pet safe “stay and play” but my yard is not very level and I seem to have some troubles getting a consistent signal. Is this normal? Should I try something else?

    • Sarah Folmar says:

Hi Mike. Thank you for contacting us. We would love to help you figure out what could be going on, and in order to troubleshoot we would like to speak to you about your system. Is a wireless system appropriate for a dog over 100lbs

    • Sarah Folmar says:

      Hi Sheila,

Our wireless systems actually do not have a weight limit for the collar, but for a large dog you will want to make sure the probes are making contact properly.
