Returning A Purchase
Note: For purchases made through other online or store retailers, please contact retailer directly for their specific return policy.
For purchases made through PetSafe.net or by phone with PetSafe Customer Care:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price. Returns are as easy as 1-2-3:
STEP 1: Locate your original order number. If you do not have your number on hand call 1-800-732-2677 or write to ccc3@petsafe.net.
STEP 2: Include a reason for the return and ship your product to us with the order number written prominently on the package. A mailing label has been provided below to help you. Use a service that issues you a tracking number, such as FedEx® or UPS®.
STEP 3: Upon receipt of the product, we’ll issue you a credit for your order. If you want to place a new order, just give us a call or place a new order on our website.
Conditions
Your return is subject to the following:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Defective products are allowed for return for replacement or credit within 30 days or the product is still within its warranty.
- All returns must be within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- All returns must be in original factory packaging with all original packing materials.
- Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
- Special order items are not returnable.
- Products purchased from the PetSafe.net clearance/discontinued section will not be accepted for return.
- All replacement items will be shipped after PetSafe has received and processed Customer’s defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to Customer on the replacement item when it ships.
- All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
- PetSafe will not be held responsible for Customer ordering the wrong product(s), and all refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
- If a package arrives damaged, it is best for Customer to refuse the package. If Customer signs for and keeps the package, Customer should notate the damage when signing for it so that a claim may be filed with the carrier.
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned RFA-50 wire break locators.
- To ensure your return is handled promptly, print and paste this mailing label.
Be sure to write in the Order Number in the space provided to ensure accurate processing. Please use clear tape to secure the return label to your package.
