Radio Systems is the industry leader in Consumer Pet Electronics and our products are marketed under the PetSafe, Innotek, Invisible Fence, Guardian, Staywell and SportDOG brands. Radio Systems and our authorized resellers, who are identified by the appropriate sanctioned logos, only sell new products in original packaging. Products purchased from resellers not in original packaging, used, sold as refurbished or as-is will not be covered by our warranty, or any consumer support.

Radio Systems is committed to consumer satisfaction. To that end Radio Systems Corp. cautions consumers from purchasing any product other than product in its original packaging. You should not purchase from any resellers claiming to sell "refurbished product" as this is a false and misleading claim. Customers agree not to resell discounted or promotional products or services bought at this website.

Product Warranty

All parts are covered under warranty for the life of this product. Labor is covered for the first year of ownership. Pet Door Products

Product Warranty

All parts, excluding vinyl flaps, are covered under warranty, and labor is covered for the first year of ownership. Thereafter, there is a minimum service charge for the repair or replacement of the product. Vinyl flaps are warranted for one (1) year. Misuse, loss, improper handling, commercial use, and dirty or worn parts are not covered. Radio Systems will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or any incidental or consequential damages.
