Use both hands to push the flap back to the center of the door or push it completely out of the opening. (DO NOT PULL UP ON THE FLAP OR FORCE THE FLAP BACK UP!)

Press the mode-reset button until the yellow alert light stops flashing (approximately 10 seconds).

Press the mode-reset button to change the setting to “unlocked” and the door should automatically lift.

Note: It may be necessary to remove a battery for 5 seconds to clear the error light. After reinstalling the battery, the LED light should flash red indicating the “locked” mode.

If the door jams frequently, make sure that the door is level. It may be helpful to add extra magnets to the large doors.
