Troubleshooting

• The spray leaks when I am refilling the unit.
  • Make sure to hold the spray can upright, not at an angle, to create a good seal around spray nozzle.
  • Press firmly on the spray can to help create a good seal.
  • If the unit still leaks, contact Customer Care.

• The spray nozzle has a buildup of spray around it.

  Gently clean around the spray nozzle with a warm soapy cloth.

• The unit does not spray.
  • Try replacing the battery.
  • Clean the spray nozzle with a damp, warm, cloth. Then refill the spray.
  • If the unit still doesn't respond, contact Customer Care.
