Safe Pets, Happy Employees

At our main campus in Knoxville, Tennessee, you won’t find offices, closed rooms, or suits. We believe that you can work hard without having to wear a tie. Our CEO Willie Wallace has been known to start Nerf gun fights in the office and cook lunch for the whole company with the rest of the Senior Staff, and he's always available for a chat. Thirsty office dogs enjoy Drinkwell® fountains on every floor after coming in from a walk in the dog park across the street. You’ll also see Busy Buddy® toys in the on-site gym and conference rooms to give our dogs something to do while we come up with product prototypes or new marketing strategies.

RSC has offices in various cities across the US and across the world. Throughout our campuses, we maintain the same corporate culture based on our company values, known as THE WILL. RSC employees are always involved in giving back to the community, whether it’s building a dog park, running in the Knoxville Marathon, volunteering with tnAchieves to help local students go to college, or hosting an event for a local nonprofit. In RSC College courses, available online and in person, our employees learn about topics including animal behavior, company infrastructure, workplace topics, and new product training.

We’re pet owners just like you, so we care about the products we make. Our own pets are the best product testers—they love when we bring them home the latest toys, treats, and fountains.
